» Payment: Our PayPal Shopping Cart system accepts debit card, credit card and bank payments. Buyers can checkout with or without a PayPal account. If you are a new buyer, signing up for a PayPal account is optional. This means that you can complete your payments first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases. The checkout is more convenient, resulting in your complete satisfaction.
» Shipping is added at the checkout stage. The P&P prices on the product pages are for additional shipping charges only.
Returns and exchanges.
Customer is responsible for all returned merchandise shipping incurred. Egoor.com does not accept any returns or exchanges that are not subject to the conditions explained below. Please insure your package through your shipping carrier and keep your receipt. Egoor.com is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in transit. Please allow up to 10 days for return process.
Egoor exchange policy: only damaged merchandise is eligible for exchange to a similar item. Exchange will be done within 14 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted. For exchange, please contact us first so that we can arrange it.
